Trail report for Thursday 7 March; had light snow falling all day with little to no accumulation. Our high today was 37F and the low last night 26F. The main trail from Susitna Landing to Trapper Lake was groomed twice this past week after a very busy weekend. With the warm temps we are experiencing, be aware of overflow as it was starting to show up on the river trail.
Be very cautious on Trapper Lake as there are a lot of black holes showing up through the snow on the lake. The lake trail is also having some overflow showing up on the trail.
All the other trails are doing good. The trails and snow pack are soft making for some nice riding.
There is great riding to be had both on the trails and off. As always, be aware of changing conditions and be safe. Enjoy the ride.
