UPDATE 12/28/18: we pre-rode this area today and have to cancel at this time due to extremely icy trail and very rough track…..difficult to make the ascents with so much ice with so much traffic. Stay tuned for future rides in this area under better trail conditions
Skill Level- Intermediate to Advanced
We’ll park in the Primrose Campground (south end of Kenai Lake) on the Seward Highway. Be ready to ride at 10:00 This is not a destination ride, but backcountry hucking it up. Must have mountain sled (144 x 2 minimum); beacon, probe, and shovel. Will limit number to 8 maximum. If you want to go you must contact me to get on the list: Tim at lia@ak.net
