WE HAVE A CLUB RIDE SATURDAY 2/12/2022
****PETERSVILLE AND SOUTH DENALI****
We’ll pick out some pretty nifty places to ride and see if we can scarf some of that new snow everyone-north is boasting about.
Meet at MP121.5 parking lot along the Parks Highway (7 miles norrth of Trappers Creek) at 10am, be ready to ride at 1030am. If parking lot full, come find us to make contingency plans for alternate parking just up the highway and rally point. We’ll usually cover 70-80 miles and be back to the cars 430-500pm. We’ll stop at the Forks Roadhouse or bring your own sack lunch, beverage and camera. PLEASE BE SURE TO HAVE YOUR GAS TANKS AND OIL TANKS FULL–we’re gonna burn it up. Fuel available at Talkeetna Tesoro at MP100 or Trapper Creek Trading Post @MP115.
We’ll be riding in Denali State Park so please have your snowmachines registered with the State of Alaska to avoid delays and fines ($10/year):
